Lucy, a young wizard, stops by the town of Hargeon and for some reason is smitten by a conceited wizard named Salamander. It's actually because he is using the banned magic Charm that is used to attract other people to you! Lucy escapes from that sticky situation thanks to a chance encounter with Natsu and the cat Happy, but when she hears that Salamander is a member of the Fairy Tail guild she idolizes, she heads to a party he is throwing on his ship!
